Fitness Fun Camp - are available for groups of 4-12 people who are seeking a more organized, team orientated workout. We hold sessions in parking lots, conference rooms, local parks or even neighborhood facilities. Fitness Fun camps are ideal for anyone looking for a more cost effective workout alternative or are interested in building group cohesiveness and team morale. Nutritional advice and body measurements are also available to participants.

Mobile Fitness - provides convenient, customized and effective on location personal fitness training sessions. This program is ideal for the busy professional, stay at home mom or anyone preferring that the gym come to them. As with all our programs we educate you on proper exercise techniques, application and customized routine.

Customized Nutritional Plan - the ability for clients to receive personalized nutritional and exercise program along with weekly monitoring, feedback and updates from anywhere.
